We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic Influencer team and develop the Farfetch Influencer performance strategy. You will work cross-functionally with the wider Marketing and Data teams to deliver innovative acquisition campaigns using a creative and data-led approach across all areas. You will be responsible for managing our Influencer technology stack and enhancing the channel’s performance reporting, as well as managing a team of Influencer Executives on the execution of campaigns.


    • Developing and refining long-term Influencer Channel strategy in line with wider business objectives
    • Implement, leverage and optimise existing and new Influencer technology to scale all areas of Influencer marketing: Identification, Activation, Content Creation, Distribution, Measurement and Retention. 
    • Managing and nurturing influencer and agency relationships to grow our talent base
    • Defining and creating influencer briefs tailored to each platform and campaign, reviewing & approving creator content, and working through revisions to ensure each piece of content is maximised for our brand and the campaign's success
    • Analysing and reporting on KPIs to measure success, identify potential efficiency improvements, and determine solutions for at-risk areas.
    • Work with data teams to analyse campaign performance and optimise reporting. 
    • Forecasting and managing the quarterly channel budget required to meet targets
    • Aligning and collaborating with other departments to support key seasonal FARFETCH moments and amplify creator content
    • Lead the Influencer team to execute and implement key channel initiatives and campaigns, coaching and developing junior members of the team.
    • Act as a role model for the team and initiate, encourage and facilitate positive change. 
    • Be a FARFETCH expert on Influencer Marketing 


    • You have several years’ experience in Influencer Marketing across multiple social platforms: TikTok, Youtube, Instagram
    • You have first-hand experience in Influencer outreach campaigns and managing influencer relationships
    • You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and are comfortable in presenting to senior stakeholders using data and insight to explain decisions
    • You are a data-led thinker with experience working with business intelligence tools and Excel, using analysis and insights to evaluate performance, and developing data-led strategic recommendations
    • You have experience of leveraging and integrating technology and automation to maximise performance
    • You have experience managing and forecasting marketing budgets
    • You are a strong team player, ready to collaborate and build relationships in order to influence key stakeholders
    • You have experience in team management
