ROLE

We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join the Global Total Rewards team as part of the Global People Team! This role will be based in Portugal reporting to the Head of Total Rewards and will support in all aspects of employee compensation. You will be responsible for providing valuable, data-driven insights and recommendations that will support strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in global projects that are shaping how we deliver Total Rewards at Farfetch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Perform continuous research about emerging trends, issues, and best practices, using data analytics to help improve processes or programs
    • Support Talent Acquisition/People Partners with compensation offers, benchmarking for new roles, or other compensation-related issues
    • Support annual salary review process, managing the budget, building reports, and providing insights
    • Make recommendations to improve compensation processes and workflow to increase the department’s efficiency and effectiveness
    • Participate in other special projects as applicable, such as incentive scheme designs

WHO YOU ARE

    • A professional with demonstrable experience in data analysis
    • Adata-driven mindset and analytical reasoning
    • An advanced user of the entire Microsoft Office Suite and are comfortable manipulating large amounts of data and preparing reports
    • An efficient communicator who can tell a story using the data to provide practical business insights into complex problems
    • Have excellent organizational skills, and high attention to detail while never losing track of the big picture
