We're a creative team, building copy, data and visual assets for all our channels. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.
GUIMARÃES
Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the ‘birthplace of Portugal’. This is where our creative operations team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility with a games room, music area and unbeatable chill-out zone.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Content Lead, you will join a progressive and innovative Ecommerce Content Production. You will focus on creating English product descriptions, enhancing our customer journey through our product pages. Working in line with our company's tone of voice and guidelines, you will be required to create clear, succinct, informative, and accurate copy that describes luxury clothing, accessories, and lifestyle products sold on the site.
Note: This is a full-time on-site position based in Guimarães (Avepark). Please submit your application in English.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will complete English technical product descriptions, ensuring daily targets are achieved;
- You will deliver BAU excellence, maintaining a Farfetch level of quality and tone-of-voice;
- You will ensure descriptions are consistent and accurate. You will be proactive in product and brand research;
- You will support and action any style guide changes.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have an excellent command of the English language (mandatory requirement);
- You have knowledge and love of fashion at all levels from high-end designers to cutting edge street style;
- You have an accurate and clear writing style with impeccable use of grammar;
- Some understanding of garment and accessory construction is a bonus;
- You have the ability to work independently;
- You have the ability to work quickly and to agreed daily targets and deadlines;
- You are motivated to work in a lively production and studio environment.
