Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG/NGGH++ staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG/NGGH++ is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.

THE ROLE 
NGGH++ is hiring a Senior Account Executive (German Speaker) - Maternity Replacement. You will report to the Head of Regional Sales and be responsible for maintaining relationships with Regional accounts.


This position can be based in Milan or fully remote from Germany 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the assigned account group across all targeted categories.
    • Develop scalable account support models to deliver sustainable service levels to maintain and grow the business.
    • Ensure seasonal Go To Market readiness, delivering clear seasonal priorities across the account base and leveraging B2B sales tools to make it easy to do business with NGG.
    • Represent the assigned accounts internally as an ‘ambassador’ towards all functions and help manage all account interfaces.
    • Work on a regular basis on GTN management for the group of accounts, focusing not only on top level revenues, but more on all indicators to drive the best Net Revenues possible.
    • Measure progress across Retailers KPI’s

WHO YOU ARE

    • 3+ years working in a similar role within the sporting goods industry (preferable).
    • A strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset.
    • Experience working to Retail  KPI’s and analysis sales performance.
    • Fluent in English written and spoken
    • Fluent in German written and spoken
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence across various levels within the organization
    • Advanced level proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • You enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment and fostering diversity and inclusion.
