THE ROLE
Reporting into the SVP, Commercial, the Senior Director of Ecommerce will spearhead the strategy and oversee execution for our online demand channels. The objective for this critical leader is to collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive sales momentum and optimize the consumer experience across the full ecommerce funnel, from awareness to repeat purchase. This leader will be responsible for galvanizing cross-functional teams at Stadium Goods and Farfetch to execute their strategic vision and consistently hit sales and profitability targets. The Senior Director will also work in close collaboration with the supply side of our business to ensure timely merchandising and promotional response to market trends. This leader’s main skills lie at the intersection of multiple fields including Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, and Data Analytics. This role will be supported by a team of direct reports.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Build success strategies for growth of the total Stadium Goods business in partnership with CEO, SVP Commercial, GM Supply and Senior Leadership Team
    • Mobilize cross-functional teams and focus resources on highest impact initiatives to achieve bottom-line EBITDA targets and strategically build a business that yields incremental YoY profitability with a view to growth objectives
    • Oversee DTC acquisition and CRM strategies and tactics to continue to generate incremental business 
    • Develop and own channel forecasts, promotional strategies and KPIs reporting to grow traffic, improve conversion rates, and manage promo budget 
    • Develop and own paid and non-paid acquisition strategies, owning budget and budget distribution, working closely with your downline team as well as with cross-functional partners in editorial
    • Collaborate with Tech to build roadmap and ensure accurate reporting, forecasting and goal-setting
    • Identify opportunities for optimization in the customer journey and champion changes to facilitate growth
    • Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to coordinate go-to-market plans, demand generation, and other awareness and interest drivers
    • Provide market-level feedback to teams on performance, competitive market pressures, and qualified customer demands to ensure roadmaps drive incremental revenue
    • Institute feedback loop to the CEO & SVP Commercial by continuing to contribute to the total business strategy and future planning (e.g., All Hands, Board, QBR, Exec presentations)

WHO YOU ARE

    • 7+ years of experience in growth-oriented eCommerce role, general management of sales channel(s) preferred
    • 3+ years proven success in a leadership role
    • Experience in crafting strategic vision, making data-driven business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and scaling solutions
    • Demonstrated experience in data analytics or intelligence operations
    • Strong ability to interact and influence C-level executives and peers alike

NYC WAGE TRANSPARENCY LAW

    • The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $210,000- $225,000 a year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
