The Commercial team drives our strategic partnerships with the world's leading brands and boutiques to source the best selection and optimise sales channels for our partners. Their work offers our customers access to incredible products and the most extensive selection of luxury for endless style.

LONDON
Our London office is located in Old Street, London’s tech hub, and is home to a wide range of teams. Our open space is ideal for collaborative work and sharing ideas. We also have a large outdoor terrace, which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

THE ROLE
As a Commercial Analyst in the Commercial Planning team at Farfetch, you will provide high-impact insights across Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams. Leveraging robust data and strategic thinking, you’ll influence key decisions that enhance general trade and promotions performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Strategic Analysis: Lead high-priority strategic analysis and A/B tests, framing hypotheses and delivering actionable, data-driven insights.
    • Business Impact: Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence decision-making and drive measurable value.
    • Customer Insights: Build and support analytics models that uncover behavioral trends and inform promotional strategies.
    • Reporting & Automation: Design and maintain automated dashboards to monitor key metrics, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
    • Subject matter: Focus on data analytics and initiatives such as targeted promotions that will increase our customer base, repurchase behaviour and LTV
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: You will be the business partner to a large spectrum of key stakeholders from the business, in and out the commercial team

WHO YOU ARE

    • Strategic Thinker: Bring strong analytical and strategic thinking, developed in data-rich environments such as e-commerce or consulting
    • Experienced Analyst: Proven track record in using data to solve business problems and influence strategy.
    • Technically Skilled: Proficient in SQL with experience in BI/visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau); familiarity with Python is highly preferred.
    • Strong Communicator: Able to translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Collaborative: Comfortable working cross-functionally 
    • Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-changing environment, comfortable shifting priorities as business needs evolve.
