THE ROLE
We are looking for a Retail Manager to join our team. In this role you will be expected to possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and be a collaborative leader on the Management Team. You will be expected to lead, coach, and develop all sales floor members in order to execute company strategies & deliver excellent in-store customer service for all guests.
 
Your responsibilities will include all aspects of Retail Management, including, but not limited to: Managing & Motivating the team in order to achieve sales plans & meet financial targets, managing inventory to ensure that business needs are satisfied, Shipping & Receiving, fulfillment and overall logistical functions are being met. You will be expected to possess a strong business acumen and be able to contribute to strategic store management meetings. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will coach and motivate the sales floor team to drive sales & deliver excellent customer service
    • You will contribute and support coverage optimization through effective scheduling
    • You will ensure the customer experience is constantly maintained at the highest level while monitoring customer feedback and addressing all concerns on a timely basis, setting the standard that all staff are engaged to create an authentic brand experience
    • You will ensure that store merchandising efforts are consistent with market trends and company standards and properly supported through an optimized inventory and supply chain strategy
    • You will act as a partner for the Management & Sales team and support where needed in order to satisfy customer experience.
    • You will act as a brand ambassador and an expert in Stadium Goods Streetwear/Sneaker Marketplace
    • You will learn and share the expertise of products and trends in order to service the client
    • You will contribute to a positive customer service experience and inclusive workplace 

WHO YOU ARE

    • You have retail experience (3+ years)
    • You have managerial experience (2+ years)
    • You have experience with sneakers, footwear, streetwear, etc.
    • You have knowledge of clientele and Customer Relations
    • You have knowledge of Stockroom and Logistical function
    • You have knowledge of effective scheduling.
    • You have prioritization skills
    • You are computer proficient in G-Suite, Excel, POS systems, ERP systems, etc.
    • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • You possesses strong leadership values

NYC WAGE TRANSPARENCY LAW

    • The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $26.00-$28.75/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
