Reporting to the Automation Governance Lead, you will be the key link between our Business's Automation needs and the capabilities of the Automation Engineering Team, assuring that there is a healthy and top-notch backlog of value-added initiatives to develop at all times.
As an Automation Business Analyst, you will help our business Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify potential Automation initiatives that can help FARFETCH to deliver even more luxury service to our customers and excel our employees’ expectations.
You will help to design and document those efforts in such a manner that our Automation team can have absolute trust in picking up those requirements without the need to add any further refinement or extra discovery sessions.
After the development stage, you will also help our SME’s and Developers in the testing phase, and finally, you will keep a sharp eye on the potential needs for improvement and/or adjustments on our ever-growing Automation Bot farm.


    • You'll be in constant contact with our Business teams and the Automation Engineering Team
    • You'll Identify potential opportunities to use Automation to better FARFETCH services, both to our customers and to our employees
    • Help to design and document all Automation initiatives
    • Collaborate in the testing phase of all new Automation
    • Help to maintain and improve our existing Automation
    • Conduct the functional requirement gathering phase


    • Previous experience in Process improvement, design and/or RPA
    • Someone passionate about Continuous Improvement, Business Processes and Automation
    • Innovative thinker who questions assumptions and develops creative, end-to-end solutions for complex challenges
    • Six Sigma, Design Thinking or Agile knowledge
    • Fluent English, both written and spoken
    • Previous experience or expertise in C# or UiPath is a plus
    • Apps Script and Phyton knowledge is a plus
