Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
THE ROLE
New Guards Group is currently looking for an HR Assistant for its HR department.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle the full recruitment process for all the different functions, including job postings, cv screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process
- Support new hire onboarding, coordinating necessary documentation and integration activities.
- Maintain and update accurate employee information in Workday, ensuring data compliance and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports and keep precise records in HR databases and Excel.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments on HR initiatives and team projects.
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment or talent acquisition
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
