Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Gestire il calendario degli appuntamenti
- Garantire che le chiamate virtuali funzionino
- Garantire l'efficienza dei collegamenti e degli strumenti tecnologici
- Comunicare con i vari teams e prendere nota dei feedback
- Svolgere attività di backoffice
WHO YOU ARE
- conoscenza pacchetto Office ed Excel
- Si richiedono buone capacità organizzative - gestionali, attitudine al problem solving, flessibilità, dinamismo e autonomia.
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
