THE ROLE
We're looking for a Digital & Performance Marketing Manager with a strong analytical mindset and a hands-on Paid Media background to join our Digital Team. As part of this role, you will manage the NGG Performance Marketing team and coordinate the Digital Marketing Agencies and Partners to ensure the growth of digital business and awareness for the Group's portfolio of Brands across multiple channels and markets. You will also be the main point of contact for building Brands performance strategy, implementing new channels and plans to drive growth and efficiencies across all digital touchpoints.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Set up together with agencies and partners the Yearly investment and growth plan based on GTV targets.
    • Coordinate and set up main reports to be presented internally. Analyse and report on website Traffic and Performance data, sharing clear insights on optimizations and opportunities. Proactive attitude in putting ideas into actions.
    • Coordinate a supervise Digital Team and partners on planning campaigns across all Brands and all Channels, including Paid Search & Shopping, Paid Social, Display Video and Programmatic activations.
    • Work closely with the Merchandising team on key product strategies.
    • Work closely with the E-commerce team on Conversion Rate Optimization strategies
    • Work closely with the Brands marketing teams for 360° campaign activations
