The Store Associate will be responsible for achieving the expectations and functions of all areas of our Retail Store business. This includes but is not limited to Customer Service, Visual Presentation, Stockroom logistical functions. You will report directly to Retail Leaders. This role requires an obsession for service, process-oriented mindset, and passion for process improvement and attention to detail.

    • Demonstrate enthusiasm and willingness to learn the fundamentals of all departments, including but not limited to Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom
    • Deliver the best possible service and attention to all guests.
    • Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning
    • Develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates
    • Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business
    • Maintain knowledge of various store departments and be available to operate cash register for regular transactions, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock the floor, perform cleaning duties, and build visual displays when necessary


    • You have 1+ years of retail or customer service experience in a related field
    • You have basic computer skills
    • You are capable of performing all basic store related physical related activities, including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods of time with or without reasonable 
    • You can demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with managers, other team members, and customers
    • You exhibit a strong passion and exceptional knowledge of streetwear and sneaker knowledge
    • You are flexible availability that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
    • You are available nights, weekends, and holidays

    • The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $16-$17/Hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualised factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
    • If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
