TURATI
Our office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG Group staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Group Procurement Manager, you will support the Department in managing the entire Indirect Purchasing Process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work close to the different functions (like marketing, digital, facilities, retail, showroom) in managing all the indirect purchases request, also through the use of the internal software
- Cooperate with the Accounting Department for payments and invoices related to the different orders processed
- Assure the respect of the internal purchasing process, policies and standards
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of the main MS Office tools (excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency)
- Ability to build strong relationship with cross functional partners, also linked with good communicational attitude
- Hands-on approach and willingness to work in team
- Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment
