What We Are Looking For:

Fast Radius supplies the world’s leading global corporations with a comprehensive suite of at-scale production services, from additive manufacturing through injection molding and CNC. Fast Radius is searching for a Program Manager who will lead our Project Engineering team, who serve our largest customers by coordinating internal and external resources to execute projects on time and to the highest standards. This team serves as the single point of contact to the customer throughout a project, from PO execution through ongoing order fulfillment and delivery.

Responsibilities:

    • Work with commercial team to allocate project engineering resources to new projects
    • Collaborate with commercial team to define achievable program timelines and metrics
    • Work with Key Account Managers to design and implement processes to streamline program management
    • Serve as a first line for issue escalation on active projects
    • Support and coach project engineering team to ensure successful execution of projects
    • Track and record metrics of program success, and prepare high level report outs to upper management
    • Collaborate with supply chain manager to identify margin improvement opportunities and source new suppliers
    • Accountable for project engineering team output

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or other applicable technical fields preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years working experience in engineering product/program administration and management and 3 years working with direct reportees
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
    • Fundamental understanding of material selection for design, common manufacturing processes, and additive manufacturing
    • Interpersonal Skills
    • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Self-Starter
    • Time Management Skills
    • Process development and implementation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in applicable technical fields, and/or project management certification
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting
    • Familiarity with APQP Process
