How Can I Help?

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to come into the growth team and take ownership of our existing customer communications to ensure we are constantly optimising for long term retention and building out marketing campaigns that surprise and delight our users.

What you'll do

    • Manage and scale Fat Llama’s entire CRM program, identifying and implementing campaigns to boost supply, demand, retention and more.
    • Manage our communications calendar to make sure our llamas don’t get too much of a good thing (or too little).
    • Own all automated flows (from early life flow to reactivation) as well as ad hoc communications
    • Design and implement campaigns that surprise and delight, coordinating the process from concept to content delivery.
    • Build out experiments for ad-hoc communications that look to influence user behaviour
    • Analyse the effectiveness of your campaigns to iterate more powerful campaigns and report in effectively
    • Along with our Product and Growth llamas, segment our userbase to make sure that our outgoing comms are of the highest possible value to the recipient
    • Work with our Comms team to ensure that every llama enjoys a consistently incredible experience across all touchpoints
    • Be the voice of the customer internally to ensure we’re always doing the right thing when it comes to the way we speak to our customers
    • Create Fat Llama’s brand marketing playbook and shape the thinking around the how, who and when of our communications
    • Deliver brand partnerships
    • Build out experiments for ad-hoc communications that look to influence user behaviour


    • A passion for CRM Experimentation
    • Strong brand marketing experience
    • Creative thinker who can deliver a campaign from ideation to execution
    • Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
    • 2+ years experience in a CRM or marketing role 
    • Strong experience in cross-team collaboration 
    • Previous experience using CRM platforms such as Mailchimp or Iterable 
    • Ability to work under pressure in a ludicrously fast-paced and scaling business
    • Knowledge of SQL a plus
    • Excellent team and stakeholder management skills
    • Strategic thinker who can see the big picture but is still able to sprint on the short-term
