This position will plan, coordinate, monitor, track progress, and cost of new and existing monster truck body development. This key role in our organization requires a proactive planner that will successfully execute cost-effective projects with deadlines.
Essential Functions
- Review products, processes, and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate project execution, ensuring tasks are completed according to plan
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project progress
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and present project reports, highlighting progress, issues, and recommendations
- Assist safety with OSHA compliance in Fleet Operations
- Coordinate project budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively
- Track project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned
- As other duties are assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Project Management in an Organizational setting.
- Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent time management and must possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including superior customer service.
- Proficient with Smartsheet and Gantt Charts
- Ability to translate skills and knowledge to others
- Ability to work under pressure with a heightened sense of urgency.
- Ability to prioritize duties for effective and successful events.
- Availability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends, dependent upon business demands.
- Always demonstrate positive and professional behavior towards clients and co-workers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and be a team player.
- Must be dedicated, reliable, and punctual.
