The Box Office Manager will ensure the smooth operation of all events through working directly with Ticketmaster and managing onsite Ticketmaster staff.
Event Dates:
Monster Jam – Jan. 17-18, 2026; Jan. 31-Feb 1, 2026; Feb. 21-22, 2026
Supercross – Jan. 10, 2026; Jan. 24, 2026
Essential Functions
- Liaison between Feld and Ticketmaster for Angel Stadium events (build offers, adjust inventory, etc.).
- Pull all comp tickets for events.
- Manage on-site ticketing staff starting Monday, January 5, 2026.
- Hire and train all on-site ticketing staff.
- On-site manager, day of show, and box office settlement contact.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years ticketing experience.
- Experience with Ticketmaster and personal access to ticket printer and ticket stock.
- Experience managing on-site staff in advance and on the day of the show.
- Ability to travel to and work from Angel Stadium from January 1, 2026, to February 22, 2026.
Skills & Abilities
- Expertise on Ticketmaster platforms.
- Understanding of pulling ticketing reports specifically for settlement.
- Team player who can managing a ticketing office.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends.
- Reclass ticket inventory when needed.

International Touring Personnel
To the extent international touring personnel are visiting a jurisdiction that requires vaccination, proof of vaccination in accordance with the relevant international law should be submitted directly to either the Tour Manager or to Human Resources at least six weeks prior to the start of the tour. The Company will maintain all information regarding vaccination status as confidential in accordance with applicable laws.
