Are you a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a difference in a welcoming and supportive environment? Join our team at Pines Village, a premier continuing care retirement community, and contribute to the well-being of our residents. We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join us in providing exceptional care in our 66-bed skilled nursing facility.
**Position:** Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . All positions require every other weekend.
**Shifts Available:**
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - Full Time (40 hours a week)
-7:00am - 3:30pm - Full Time (32 hours a week)
- 3:00pm - 11:30pm - Full Time (40 Hours a week)
-3:00pm - 11:30pm - Full Time (32 Hours a week)
-11:00pm - 7:30am - Full Time (32 Hours a week)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
- Monitor residents’ health and document any changes in the condition to provide appropriate feedback.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care is provided.
- Foster a compassionate and safe environment that enhances residents' quality of life.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a skilled nursing or residential care facility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
