We are looking for a Business Analyst who will help the company define and push forward new services and offerings; a Business Analyst with outstanding analytical skills who is able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external. We need someone who is an innovative, creative thinker with the passion to relentlessly push things forward in a cross-functional team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Work closely with product management and across the FEVO organization to create artifacts related to requirements analysis, metrics and dashboards
    • Create documentation that will promote efficient and data-backed decision making
    • Develop and implement KPIs that will reflect a clear view of where proposed and existing solutions stand and enable process improvements
    • Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to prepare and create business requirements along with reports for review by senior management
    • Have excellent writing and interpersonal skills to actively participate in strategic and planning skills

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
    • 2-5 years experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role
    • Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL to handle extremely large datasets
    • Proficiency and direct experience with one or more major data visualization tools including Tableau/QuickSight/Power BI etc.
    • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate across multiple teams
    • Proven problem-solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, ability to influence others, and exceptional organizational skills
