Fi is looking for a Sales Lead - Veterinary & Rescue!

Fi is currently seeking a Sales Lead - Veterinary & Rescue to establish and execute sales strategies focused on building partnerships with veterinary clinics, rescue organizations, and other pet-related partners. Instead of targeting only individual customers, this role will emphasize outreach to industry partners who can champion Fi’s products to their clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in sales, capable of forming meaningful, long-term partnerships within the pet care community.

Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in sales roles, ideally within pet care, veterinary, or related industries.
    • Proven success in developing sales strategies and building playbooks focused on partnerships.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with veterinary clinics, rescue organizations, and industry stakeholders.
    • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, thriving in ambiguity and overcoming challenges effectively.
    • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to key partners.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies focused on partnerships with veterinary clinics, rescues, and other relevant organizations.
    • Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, understanding their needs and demonstrating how Fi’s products can add value to their work.
    • Execute both outbound and inbound sales tactics to secure partnerships and expand Fi’s presence in the veterinary and rescue sectors.
    • Become a product expert, effectively communicating value propositions to partners and supporting their success in promoting Fi.
    • Analyze partnership and sales metrics to refine strategies and optimize results.
