Fi is searching for an Office Manager!
Fi is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our NYC headquarters. You’ll be the go-to person for all things related to our physical office space—making sure everything runs efficiently, looks great, and supports a productive, dog-friendly workplace.
If you're operationally minded, service-oriented, and excited to be the backbone of our in-office experience, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the NYC office, including food and beverage programs, office supplies, and equipment needs.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, stocked, organized, and optimized for productivity and comfort.
- Serve as the main point of contact for building management, vendors, cleaning services, and maintenance teams.
- Manage office-related shipments, deliveries, and mail.
- Greet and assist employees, candidates, visitors, and guests.
- Track and manage office budgets and vendor contracts as needed.
- Maintain emergency procedures, security protocols, and general workplace policies.
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires in the NYC office (desk setup, building access, equipment coordination).
- Partner with internal stakeholders on workspace planning as the team grows.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication for office-related services and occasional vendors.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in office or facilities management, ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; warm, approachable, and dependable.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
- Passionate about dogs.

$65,000 - $85,000 a year
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000–$85,000. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, market conditions, and role scope, which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup, Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
