What You'll Do

    • As a Sales Development Representative, you will be prospecting into Accounts to secure meetings and identify and qualify sales opportunities
    • Work closely with Marketing to optimize the lead funnel and convert MQLs to Sales Qualified Opportunities
    • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop relationships with important stakeholders
    • Provide potential prospects with information about Fiddler and our product value
    • Conduct conversations with decision-makers, influencers, and project stakeholders
    • Collaborate closely with highly experienced Enterprise Sales Account Executives, Inside Sales Account Executives, and sales leaders
    • Learn, leverage, and help evolve our opportunity qualification and pipeline creation process
    • Meet and exceed quarterly quota to ensure pipeline objectives, with the support of managers and teammates who are committed to your success
    • Participate in regular Sales enablement sessions and learn from experienced sales professionals to help you develop the skills to excel in a Sales career

What We're Looking For

    • 1.5 years of Sales experience, either in Sales Development, Account Executive, Business Development, Customer Success, or other related capacities
    • Someone who is motivated to grow into an Inside Sales Rep or Commercial Account Executive position
    • Experience interacting with customers and prospects, doing discovery calls, and identifying sales opportunities
    • Passion for Sales and desire to excel
    • Competitive team player
    • Enterprise technology aptitude, data science, machine learning, or AI interest is a plus
    • Hard worker and willing to achieve a high volume of daily activities while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
    • Background using CRM and sales engagement applications - Hubspot experience is a plus
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand, startup environment
    • Articulate, good communication, and ability to have high-level technical conversations with potential customers
    • Bachelor's Degree 
    • Hybrid, coming into the Palo Alto office at least once or twice a month, or as needed
Pay Range in San Francisco, California is $110,000 - $140,000 OTE. We are only considering candidates in the Bay Area.

The posted range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks previously outlined. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider your experience, leveling, location, and other job-related factors.
