What You’ll Get To Do

    • Talent Management
    • Support the creation and administration of our performance review process—designing goal-setting cycles, managing feedback loops, and keeping performance aligned with company objectives.
    • Lead OKR planning and tracking across teams, ensuring everyone knows how their work connects to our mission.
    • Partner closely with managers to support career pathing, role development, and internal mobility strategies.

    • Talent Development
    • Coordinate and launch learning programs that empower employees to continuously level up—whether they’re just starting out or growing into leadership.
    • Create, curate, and share training resources that are engaging, actionable, and built for scale.
    • Coordinate coaching, mentorship, and team learning experiences that support our culture of curiosity and growth.

    • Intern Program - Early Talent
    • Support the planning, coordination, and administration of our intern program—from onboarding through offboarding.
    • Partner with hiring managers to scope impactful intern projects, facilitate conversion opportunities, and ensure a high-quality intern experience.
    • Manage logistics including orientation, mentorship pairings, programming, and feedback cycles.
    • Track intern performance and experience data to evolve the program and support long-term early talent strategies.

    • Performance Optimization
    • Assist teams by collaborating with leads on team planning, growth, and team effectiveness.
    • Use performance data to recommend improvements and build programs that support high-performing teams.
    • Maintain and optimize the systems that support performance feedback, OKR tracking, and team coaching.

What You Have

    • 5+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or roles with end-to-end ownership of performance and development programs.
    • Expertise with OKRs, performance data analysis, feedback frameworks, and scaling learning programs.
    • Proven success leading performance management and growth frameworks in fast-paced, high-growth, start-up environments.
    • Ability to manage projects and optimize processes to successful completion.
    • Experience supporting or owning intern or early talent programs, ideally including logistics, engagement, and program evaluation.
    • Strong communication, facilitation, and program management skills—you know how to get things done and bring others along.
    • Ability to thrive in a team environment and comfortable working independently.
    • Proficiency in tools like Lattice, 15Five, WorkRamp, or similar systems; familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Gusto, Rippling, or comparable.
    • A proactive, resourceful mindset and excitement for building and maintaining programs in a startup environment.
    • Passion for people, growth, and building high-trust, high-performance cultures.

    • Strong facilitation skills—whether it’s running a manager workshop or leading an offsite session.
    • Passion for robotics and familiarity with the tech or AI startup world—and a genuine passion for helping innovative teams thrive.
Compensation and Benefits
Our salary range is generous ($70,000 - $200,000 annual), but we take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary; base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  Also, while we enjoy being together on-site, we are open to exploring a hybrid or remote option.
