Why is this role important to Field Nation? 
This role is important to Field Nation as it helps support the needs of Field Nation’s technician network by enabling connections between clients and technicians. The activities of this role center around Field Nation’s strategy of curating vetted and engaged networks of technicians by skill categories. This position, as part of our Bangladesh team, focuses on outbound efforts to recruit, vet, onboard, engage, match, and orchestrate new & current technicians in our marketplace. This role is in our Marketplace Provider Team and reports to the Network Delivery Assistant Manager.

What you'll do:

    • Connect with technicians regarding vetting, skillset verification, and work opportunities on the Field Nation platform
    • Work on specific recruitment campaigns by sourcing potential technician candidates and influencing them to find work on the Field Nation platform
    • Communicate with technicians through various means including calling, emailing, texting, and in-platform chat messaging
    • Partner with internal stakeholders in support of recruitment efforts, initiatives, feedback and technician availability
    • Report on daily recruitment success and opportunities to help evolve the recruitment strategy
    • Use tools like G-Suite, Email automation, text messengers, chat interfaces, applicant tracking systems and job boards to effectively recruit, vet, and orchestrate new talent
    • Support new technicians during sign up enabling improved adoption of the Field Nation platform
    • Coach technicians in the best practice use of the Field Nation product and mobile app
    • Create communication templates for recruitment, project support and engagement campaigns
    • Research and summarize existing and emerging technology equipment, language, and best practices
    • Partner with industry expertise to create logical keyword talent and job scope matching strategies within Field Nation product
    • Connect & follow up with technicians during onboarding, recruitment, and/or client project support to improve talent acquisition, confirmation, and adoption rates

You might be a good fit if you have:

    • Completion of at least 3 years in Undergraduate is strongly preferred.
    • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing, and conversational) as this role requires consistent communication with US team members, technicians and clients.
    • Previous US-based customer service, recruiting or sales experience
    • Confident making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls
    • Ability to influence others to take action
    • Collaboration with other teams at Field Nation including Program Management, Network Development, Provider Experience, Customer Success, Sales and Product
    • Technical capabilities to utilize tools like Google Suite, Email Automation, SalesForce & other platforms
    • Thrives in a metric-driven environment

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    • This is a full-time opportunity.  
    • - Shift: 9 hours/day, 5 days/week (Mon-Fri)
      - Hours generally range from 8pm - 5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.)

Office Location:

    • Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)

Salary Range:

    • BDT 35,000 - 45,000 Monthly
