Why is this role important to Field Nation? 
The Marketplace Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Provider activities, including marketplace Provider and Service Company verification, Berbix identity verification, and onboarding. Key to this role is being able to remove barriers for new Providers and make recommendations to remove friction during the onboarding experience. Responsibilities include handling marketplace provider cases and queues and assisting new Providers and Service Companies with quickly and seamlessly onboarding onto Field Nation. The Marketplace Onboarding Coordinator must be able to clearly identify friction in the onboarding experience and remove blockers, accelerate user adoption through advising Providers on product features. This position will also offer the chance to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This position is located in Dhaka and reports to the Assistant Manager, Marketplace Provider Onboarding.

What you’ll do:

    • Responsible for new Provider marketplace conversion rates and time to access for new Provider and Service Company customers
    • Assist new Providers with onboarding onto Field Nation
    • Consult with early High Value Providers and Service Companies to understand their business objectives and goals 
    • Set, communicate, and track against internal and external timelines to ensure successful onboarding
    • Collaborate with several internal departments including Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing
    • Serve as an escalation point of contact during Provider and Service Company onboarding
    • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project 
    • Effectively communicate program recommendations to relevant stakeholders
    • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
    • Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
    • Measure, analyze and report key trends in program performance and drive opportunities to improve

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    • This is a full-time, hybrid position, We come into the office on Mondays & Tuesdays.
    • Shift: 9 hours/day – 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
    • Hours generally range from 8pm-5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.)

Office Location:

    • Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)

Salary Range:

    • BDT 35,000 - 45,000 Monthly
