The Marketing Services Specialist will execute marketing tasks across all marketing functions to increase the scale and reach of our efforts. This role will be responsible for many aspects of the day-to-day activities of each of the marketing functions at Field Nation. Duties include building, optimizing, and maintaining website landing pages, email creation and execution, content updates, data and analytics gathering, supporting BD's employer branding initiatives, and campaign work related to maintaining and improving the accuracy of our prospect and customer information. They will not only execute a broad range of tasks but also be a key player in the Marketing Services function in Field Nation’s Bangladesh office. Through task execution, this role will create impact and play a key role in helping to understand the department's areas of greatest need. This position reports to our Creative Services Manager.

What you’ll do:

    • Collaborate with the Creative Services Manager and Senior Marketing Services Executive to determine tasks that support current and future marketing projects and campaigns 
    • Execute digital/website operations tasks, including page creation, content updates, and backend support (WordPress)
    • Provide operational and campaign support across all marketing systems, including WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pathfactory, etc.
    • Support BD office social media and resolve employer branding requests (event planning & execution, content support, design, etc.)
    • Gather data from various marketing systems for use in reporting, which allows us to gain a more comprehensive view of the customer  
    • Front-end web development tasks (HTML/CSS, Javascript, PHP) and Git and deployment workflows (e.g., wpengine Git integration)
    • Deliver basic design requests following company design standards using Adobe Express
    • Become familiar with Marketing project management software (ClickUp) to understand workflows

What you'll need:

    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Marketing
    • Fluency in English (written & verbal) is a must, as the candidate will be working on projects for US clients
    • Proficiency with the Google Business Suite, specifically Sheets, Docs, and Slides
    • Experience working with websites, especially WordPress
    • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce preferred)
    • Experience working with SEO and a willingness to learn further
    • Proficiency or willingness to learn basic design principles
    • Enthusiastic about all aspects of marketing
    • Tech-savvy
    • Detail-oriented

Educational Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.

Location and Work Schedule:

    • Working Days: Hybrid Monday to Friday (3 days from Home + 2 days from the Office)
    • Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
    • Location: Uttara 12, Dhaka, Bangladesh 

Salary Range:

    • BDT 35-45k (Monthly)
