As the LTE Project Operations Specialist, you will serve as a critical hub of communication and execution, working cross-functionally to align stakeholders, streamline processes, and deliver operational excellence. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between Field Nation’s internal teams, our clients, and our Employer of Record (EOR) partner — by helping to ensure that every engagement runs smoothly by making sure all of the details are covered.
This role is ideal for someone eager to gain broad exposure to an important strategic initiative, while being able to showcase their project coordination skills.

What you’ll do:

    • Collaborate with the Core LTE team and internal stakeholders to ensure proper communication and updates are being provided for all LTE opportunities in the Recruitment pipeline and all active engagements.
    • Work closely with the marketplace provider team and our EOR partner to assist with coordinating recruitment efforts, ensuring all necessary information is available.
    • Document existing processes and help to identify process improvements that enable the scale of the LTE solution.
    • Ensure all onboarding logistics are completed on time, including EOR-managed provider setup, setting up screening vouchers and work order routing, and expediting the onboarding process as needed.
    • Ensure buyers have the necessary information regarding LTE placements, including following up with Account Owners as needed for timely Work Order approvals and to remedy any discrepancies.
    • Assist the LTE workstream with keeping all documentation organized to include:
    • o   LTE pipeline document with updates on opportunity activity completed prior to each LTE core meeting.
      o   Ensuring LTE process documentation is accurate on Miro Board. 
      o   Add documents to the shared folder and ensure existing documents are reflective of the current state.
    • Attend all LTE workstream meetings and assist with scheduling and following up on all open action items.
    • Leverage/reference internal resources such as Monday.com, the “managed recruitment” functionality in the platform, and/or opportunity “recruitment trackers” to track details and ensure any questions/concerns related to details and logistics are resolved in a timely manner.

Educational Requirement:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    • This is a full-time, exempt position with typical business hours Monday-Friday (8 pm - 5 am)

Job Location:

    • Uttara, Dhaka.

Salary Range:

    • BDT 50,000 - 65,000 (Monthly)
