Why is this role important to Field Nation?
The Salesforce Technical Engineer will be responsible for identifying and remedying process and system gaps through Salesforce functionality. Using strong communication and analytical skills, this individual will have the opportunity to contribute to key company initiatives and projects. This role will drive Salesforce excellence, bringing key process changes and new functionality to life within this critical CRM. This role will also serve as a strong leader within the RevOps team, providing mentorship and guidance to the Salesforce Admin team. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This position is located in Dhaka, BD and reports to the Salesforce System Manager.

What you’ll do:

    • Design and architect custom Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements, best practices, and scalability.
    • Review code for quality and adherence to best practices. Establish and maintain governance around code development and deployment.
    • Investigate and resolve technical issues, system errors, and performance problems within the Salesforce environment.
    • Analyze business requirements and work closely with stakeholders to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with stakeholders' needs and best practices.
    • Utilize declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules, etc.) and Apex programming to customize and extend Salesforce functionalities as per project requirements.
    • Implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other external systems using API and middleware tools to ensure data consistency and improve workflow efficiency.
    • Identify and resolve technical issues, debug code, and provide prompt and effective support to clients and internal teams.
    • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations to validate functionality and performance. Implement best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes. Create technical documentation, including design specifications and standard operating procedures.
    • Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce-related matters, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within Salesforce. Propose innovative solutions to enhance overall system performance and user experience.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features. Plan and implement upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition while minimizing disruption to ongoing business operations.
    • Operates as a team lead for the Salesforce Admin team, providing guidance in requirements gathering and scope documentation, configuration best practices, UAT, and ongoing development.

You might be a good fit if you have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Possession of Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Salesforce Administrator certifications are preferred
    • Previous experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
    • Previous experience with Conga products is a plus.
    • Knowledge of SQL or SOQL is preferred
    • Previous experience with creating Screen Flows, Record Triggered Flows, Scheduled Triggered Flows, Autolaunched Flows and Flow orchestration is preferred
    • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce Page, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Lightning Design System, Salesforce APIs, Javascript, JSON, HTML,CSS and other web technologies is preferred.
    • Previous experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, or middleware platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    • This is a full-time, hybrid position, We come into the office on Mondays & Tuesdays.
    • Shift: 9 hours/day – 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
    • Hours generally range from 8pm-5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.)

Office Location:

    • Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)

Salary Range:

    • BDT 150,000 - 200,000 Monthly
