About The Role of Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Fight Camp, you are responsible for contributing to and upholding our user-centric product strategy - driving healthy, sustainable, and active consumer growth. Your number one priority as a Product Manager is to create meaningful and transformational experiences that our customers love and keep coming back to time and time again.

What You Will Do

    • Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
    • Own and deliver acquisition, retention, and reactivation KPIs, and drive customer lifecycle management leading to the long-term sustainable growth of our user base
    • Be the champion of MVP concepts, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable, and feasible
    • Monitor and report on product KPIs
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions
    • Work with engineers, designers, data, research, and other Product Teams on developing new growth-oriented features & specs and driving execution

Requirements

    • 7+ years experience as a Product Manager/Owner
    • Strong understanding of one of the following: mobile, web, and consumer hardware technologies
    • Experience in the mobile gaming industry is strongly preferred.
    • The capacity for self-motivation, autonomous initiative, and creative problem-solving
    • Oversee the user execution of a product from whiteboard to completion - in partnership with other product teams, engineering, and UX
    • Take raw, conceptual ideas and transform them into useful, valuable products our customers have grown to love
    • The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with clarity, and detail to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience scaling consumer products including designing and executing growth initiatives
$150,000 - $170,000 a year
