We’re looking for a dynamic, full-time Producer to partner with Brand Design and Web.You are someone who knows how to take charge and get things done.You’re a natural problem solver who knows every detail of the projects under your purview. You will work cross-functionally to gather requirements, develop project milestones, facilitate reviews, identify and mitigate risks. We will look to you to be the authority on which projects are a priority, which can wait and when a project shouldn’t be undertaken at all. You will also help establish and evolve light-weight, flexible processes and frameworks that make us more efficient. This role will report to the Sr. Producer and will serve as the“go-to” person across multiple interdepartmental projects.

What You'll Do

    • Serve as the primary coordinator and communicator for Brand Design and Content Marketing projects
    • Consolidate and coordinate overlapping requests from various departments 
    • Manage interdisciplinary teams to evolve initial requests into clear sets of deliverables
    • Manage vendors and contractors including contracts, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
    • Define the scope(s) of projects including goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget
    • Lead meetings and effectively communicate project status, deadlines, and obstacles to stakeholders
    • Identify project risks and propose solutions
    • Manage and evolve the process for editing, staging, and proofing marketing website content; including hands-on CMS management 
    • Develop processes that can evolve and adapt as the team and company scales
    • Propel projects forward from beginning to end

What We Value

    • 2+ years in a dedicated producer or project management role, working with design teams teams
    • Ability to execute in a dynamic startup environment
    • Experience working with a CMS
    • Experience with project management software
    • Talent for eliminating obstacles, maintaining a realistic view of scope, and the expertise to manage the entire project from start to finish
    • Flexible attitude toward evolving responsibilities and environments
    • Experience developing briefs and project documentation such as task lists, timelines, and project calendars
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Love for solving problems
