Find.co is seeking a proactive and skilled IT and Operations Specialist to join our scaling organization. As an IT and Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT and operational processes supporting 100+ people. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, managing Slack workflows, implementing automation solutions, handling onboarding and offboarding procedures in collaboration with the People and the Engineering teams, as well as implementing other no-code solutions to hack efficiency and optimize business operations. Responsibilities

    • Configure and optimize workflow processes, automation, and integrations to enhance team communication and collaboration.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities for automation within various IT and operational processes.
    • Work closely with HR to ensure a seamless tech onboarding and offboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary equipment, accounts, and access to tools and resources.
    • Conduct thorough offboarding procedures for departing employees, including revoking access and retrieving company assets.
    • Collaborate with the Tech department to address IT-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement IT solutions.
    • Equipment Management
    • Provide IT support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of IT and operational processes, policies, and procedures.
    • Generate regular reports on IT and operational metrics, highlighting areas for improvement.

Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in  IT & Ops Administration in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong proficiency in workflow management and automation tools.
    • Expert knowledge of tools such as Slack, Notion and Jira
    • Experience and expert knowledge of Zapier
    • Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Excellent cross-department collaboration and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of modern IT  troubleshooting techniques.
    • Experience with project management and task tracking tools is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
    • Relevant certifications in IT administration and automation are advantageous.
    • Knowledge of OKTA is a plus
