Director of Business Development - iGaming

We seek a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Business Development (BD) Director for the iGaming segment of our media company. As a rapidly growing player in the iGaming industry, we seek an individual with a proven track record in strategic thinking, sales & BD leadership, and a deep understanding of the sector. By joining our company, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our sales teams and business development efforts within the iGaming segment, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with key partners, while reporting directly to our CRO.


    • Management: You will create and manage BD & Sales teams within the iGaming space. Your main goal will be to foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and achievement.
    • Strategy: You must research, identify and pursue business opportunities such as penetrating new markets, creating new advertising products, optimizing existing strategies, establishing strategic partnerships, and more.
    • Key Relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure a successful partnership.
    • Data Management: You will be required to analyze sales data, set KPIs for your teams, and provide regular reports to the Finance and Executive teams.
    • Collaboration: Providing insights and strategic recommendations to the CRO and Executive team will be part of your contribution to the company's overall strategic planning. You will work closely with other departments to align on strategy and execute effectively.
    • Expertise: You will be expected to stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to ensure your team is always up-to-date with the latest developments.
    • Advocacy: You will ensure that the company's products and processes align with the best interests of your department and the company. This may involve advocating for necessary enhancements or adjustments.
    • Ambassadorship: You will represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance the company's profile and visibility in the iGaming sector.


    • Deep understanding of the iGaming sector, including various markets, industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
    • 5+ years of experience managing teams in a BD or sales leadership role, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills and experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
