As our Senior Global Communications Manager, you will work closely with our Senior Management and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's communication strategies while ensuring that our voice is heard loud and clear across the world.


    • Strategic PR Leadership: Develop comprehensive PR and public affairs campaign plans that align with's key priorities. Execute these plans to enhance the company's clarity of voice, profile, and influence among key audiences.
    • Content Creation: Craft eye-catching press releases, media responses, media briefing documents, comments for media, and other content as required to effectively communicate our message to a global audience.
    • Media Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with journalists and media outlets in key English-language markets, both large and small, to secure meaningful coverage and partnerships.
    • Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies, including protocols for handling sensitive issues and incidents.
    • Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all external communication channels.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, industry associations, and government bodies.
    • Executive Communication: Provide coaching and support to senior executives for effective communication in public and media engagements.
    • Global Expansion: Lead communication efforts related to the company's global expansion plans, including market entry announcements and international partnerships.
    • Budget Management: Manage the communication budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
    • Thought Leadership: Position as a thought leader in relevant industry sectors by facilitating speaking engagements, panel participation, and thought leadership content creation.
    • Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor communication KPIs to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns. Provide regular reports to the leadership team.
    • Agency Management: Oversee external agencies to ensure they deliver quality coverage consistent with's objectives and KPIs.
    • 24/7 Media Response: Be responsible for the management of an out-of-hours media response operation, ensuring a consistent and effective communication approach at all times.


    • Extensive Media Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with media outlets across the English-speaking world and global influencers.
    • Content Creation: Proven experience in writing engaging press releases and articles for publication, with a deep understanding of effective media communication strategies.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong planning and organizational abilities, and outstanding presentation skills.
    • Industry Knowledge: An understanding of and ongoing interest in key subject areas that make up the core of's audiences, including technology, cryptocurrencies, business, politics, finance, sports, and gambling.
