We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our company as SEO Director, providing strategic vision and overseeing its execution. As a rapidly growing player in the online media and performance marketing landscape, we are looking for an individual with a proven track record in strategic thinking and full-stack SEO know-how. By joining our company, you will be responsible for expanding and leading our SEO teams, driving traffic and revenue growth, while reporting directly to our CEO. This is a key role in our company.


    • Team Management and Development – Lead and expand our SEO department. This includes hiring, training, and mentoring team members fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, teamwork and continuous learning.
    • Drive SEO Operational Excellence – Leverage workflows, cross-functional collaboration, tools, strict quality control, and compliance processes to optimize and standardize SEO processes for scalability.
    • Strategic SEO Leadership – Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with our long-term company's growth objectives. Identify opportunities for organic growth while setting clear, measurable goals.
    • Performance Monitoring and Reporting – Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using KPIs around rankings, traffic, and revenue. Use insights from data to refine strategies and report on progress to stakeholders.
    • Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Work closely with other connected departments to promote SEO best practices and align SEO considerations with broader company initiatives
    • Staying Ahead of the Curve – Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices. This includes attending conferences, networking with other SEO professionals to exchange knowledge and insights, and representing the company to enhance our profile and visibility in the SEO sector.
    • Innovate and Experiment – Lead the charge in innovative SEO strategies and techniques. Create an environment where new ideas and approaches can be tested, analyzed, and integrated into our core SEO practices when successful.


    • SEO Expertise – 360 degree knowledge of SEO practices, trends, data, tools and technologies.
    • Affiliate marketing experience – Minimum of 3 years of experience overseeing SEO projects within the affiliate marketing space. Experience in competitive niches is a plus.
    • Management & leadership experience – Minimum of 3 years experience in an SEO leadership or management role. Proven track record of leading, developing, and expanding teams of SEO professionals, with the ability to orchestrate numerous projects simultaneously and successfully.
    • English Level – Fluent verbal and written English is required to operate in our remote, international work environment.Communication – Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering teamwork and collaboration across departments while maintaining a positive dynamic culture.
    • Operational Excellence – Proven track record in optimizing workflows for scalability, and setting up efficient quality control processes.
    • Strategic Thinking – Proven track record in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies, with the ability to identify opportunities for organic growth and to set clear, measurable targets. 
    • Innovation – Creative thinking and openness to experimentation with new SEO techniques and strategies.
    • Analytical and Reporting Skills – Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on SEO performance metrics. Ability to use data insights to adjust and improve SEO strategies. 
    • Cultural Fit – Alignment with the company’s vision and values, especially regarding accountability, transparency, communication and humility.
