We’re looking for a Growth Associate to help us grow Find.co’s creator-first affiliate network. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to streamers and influencers, and coordinating with crypto projects and casinos to launch campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Operations and Product teams to ensure creators are onboarded smoothly, campaigns are executed effectively, and platform improvements are informed by real client needs.

Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and reach out to streamers, influencers, and creator agencies across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Support the onboarding of new creators onto Find.co, ensuring smooth campaign activation.
- Maintain organized lead lists and track outreach progress.
- Assist in reaching out to crypto projects and casinos to introduce Find.co and set up partnership calls.
- Help coordinate campaign details between operators and creators.
- Keep deal records updated and follow up on next steps.
- Support the execution of live campaigns, ensuring creators receive materials and instructions.
- Track campaign results and share feedback with the team.
- Communicate clearly with both creators and partners to ensure satisfaction.
- Act as a stakeholder voice by gathering and digesting feedback from creators and partners.
- Provide structured input to the product team to support platform improvements, feature prioritization, and bug fixes.
- Ensure the platform evolves in a way that strengthens the creator experience and partner relationships.
- Work closely with the Operations team to align on campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes, proposing improvements to increase speed and accuracy.
- Ensure consistent data flow and coordination between Sales, Ops, and Product.
- Stay up to date on trends in crypto, crypto gambling, iGaming, and the creator economy.
- Share insights from outreach conversations to improve our sales playbook.
- Represent Find.co positively in communities and industry conversations.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or influencer/affiliate marketing (crypto/iGaming experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with crypto casinos or the iGaming space; existing network is a big plus.
- Interest in the creator/streamer economy and how influencers drive campaigns.
- Strong communication and outreach skills (written & verbal).
- Access to or experience working with streamer/influencer networks.
- Previous experience in crypto or iGaming affiliate programs.
- Comfort with using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
