Responsibilities
- Curate a Compelling Daily Content Calendar: With a keen understanding of the news cycle and audience interests, you'll curate a content calendar, assign and wade through pitches that identify high-impact stories, and ensure a consistent flow of engaging content.
- Foster Collaboration and Communication: Cultivate a collaborative writing environment where you effectively assign stories, provide clear feedback, and work alongside writers, the managing editor, and the head of content to refine and elevate the content.
- Lead and Mentor a Strong Team: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to a team of writers, fostering their growth and expertise in the crypto space.
- Maintain Editorial Excellence: Ensure our content adheres to the highest editorial standards, maintaining accuracy, clarity, and a consistent brand voice.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously expand your knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, trends, and emerging technologies, remaining a thought leader in the industry.
