As part of the Partnerships team, we proactively seek and develop new business opportunities to meet more navigators who are assisting people in need. This is hard work, and takes a community of missionally aligned organizations to ensure folks in need get the help they deserve. Any strategic partnership we pursue is for the purpose of expanding our network in order to connect more services to people in need. We explore partnerships that bring value to our customers, service providers, and bring impact on a large scale. 
Your role will center around pursuing mutually beneficial partnership opportunities  that extend reach, deepen impact, and build meaningful outcomes for those seeking help. 

What You’ll Do

    • Create a clear enterprise strategic vision and strategy for partner engagement, conducting proactive outreach, customer and nonprofit education, and responding inbound requests 
    • Lead all partner agreement opportunities - developing partnership proposals and facilitating appropriate agreements 
    • Nurture trusted executive partner relationships, building and maintaining strong partner health and retention, and expanding partner collaboration opportunities, use of the platform, as well as our impact, and our company.
    • Advocate for the ongoing needs and goals of strategic partners internally - gathering feedback and understanding both how to meet them where they are and also how to help get them where they want to go 
    • Serve as an escalation point for partner leadership, manage expectations and timelines for both the client and internal personnel
    • Regularly monitor partner health, proactively identify risks, and create/manage action plans for risk mitigation
    • Ensure tight alignment and coordination of deliverables across the organization for partnership deliverables which include Sales, Marketing, Community Engagement, Product, Curation, and Customer Success
    • Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Community Engagement teams on content creation including messaging toolkits, webinars/conference proposals, and partner case studies 

Qualifications

    • A strong desire to use your job and mind to make the world a better place for people in need
    • 5-7 years’ experience working in or with non-profits, government programs, and/or healthcare institutions. 
    • Strong collaborator who can build relationships across multiple organizations
    • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, collaboration, communication skills, and cultural awareness
    • Demonstrated ability to establish and expand partner relationships, influence outcomes, and communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences
    • Skilled at problem-solving, decision making, negotiations, and ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
    • Ability to work with minimal direction to achieve goals and comfort working in ambiguity
    • A thought leader and self-starter; Strong sense of accountability and personal ownership
    • Promotes a diverse and inclusive culture
    • 211 experience helpful but not required
