In this role, your primary work responsibilities include providing senior level administrative and project management support to the COO and members of their team. This role will also provide backup support for the Director of Office Operations and the Office Operations team.

Responsibilities and Duties

    • Organizes executive calendars and sets up meetings with internal and external stakeholders
    • Acts as a liaison among executives, employees, and external partners
    • Manages incoming calls and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner consistent with company values
    • Manage executive activities including preparation of relevant materials/prep documents, maintenance and follow-up on action lists, speaking engagements, direct report relationships, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
    • Works with leadership on initiatives requiring inter-departmental and inter-organizational support
    • Captures notes and action items from meetings, ensuring the sensitive nature of this information is protected
    • Plans and organizes events
    • Leads/participates in special projects and employee events
    • Provides support as needed for the Office Operations team
    • And any other duties needed within the scope of your role that help drive our Vision and fulfill our Mission

Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience in an executive support role strongly recommended
    • Strong interpersonal skills with sound judgment and a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Ability to pay attention to detail, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple and varied projects simultaneously and independently
    • Knowledge of proper formats for letters, reports, and presentations; ability to produce neat, accurate correspondence and reports
    • Must have integrity, be dependable, and trustworthy with the ability to perform duties under stress of short deadlines with competing priorities
    • Proficiency in all G-Suite applications
    • Excellent time management skills
$79,488 - $99,360 a year
The compensation for this position will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
