As a division within FindHelp, SchoolCare's mission is to improve children's health with technology that efficiently connects schools, families, and healthcare providers. Our solution builds off of our school-centered digital health platform, enabling HIPAA & FERPA-compliant digital health charting, chronic disease management, and immunization compliance reporting. The SchoolCare team is working hard to drive improved health outcomes for American public school districts through health technology and preventative care.

The role:  
As SchoolCare's Sr. Account Executive, reporting to our School Partnerships Director, you’ll have a chance to develop an early stage company and help make an enduring mark in children’s lives.

What You’ll Do:

    • Meet with district level decision makers both in-person and virtually
    • Comfortably deliver SchoolCare’s mission and value proposition
    • Create & utilize marketing email campaigns to build pipeline 
    • Identify potential partners through discovery and deep understanding of district’s health tracking needs and deal with objections

Who You Are:

    • Have deep knowledge of K-12 personas and buying cycle to deliver on sales goals
    • Understand SchoolCare value proposition and mission thoroughly and apply to presentations and calls
    • Build network of current and potential partners to build pipeline and grow footprint

Experience You’ll Bring:

    • 10+ years of experience in enterprise customer sales
    • Based in Texas with existing network of district administrators
    • Detail oriented, data driven and enjoy building relationships with customers. 
    • Are independent, proactive self-starter attitude with strong commitment to high-quality work
    • Have a strong background in managing complex sales cycle, especially through software implementation 
    • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and empathy for customers and their experiences
    • Have a passion for building strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant communication and prioritizing their needs
