The Role:  

This is an entry position to findhelp. As a Curator, you will help us build the most comprehensive and accurate network of social care programs in the industry. You will help users navigate our site, provide support and assist customers in learning how to use findhelp. In your day-to-day,  you will ensure that programs on the site are up to date and meet findhelp’s standards for accuracy and inclusion so that people can easily find the resources they need. 

What You’ll Do:

    • Verify and maintain existing program data as well as create new program entries
    • Research organizations and programs, contacting them as needed to confirm information
    • Respond to customer requests, replicate and troubleshoot site issues and answer questions from customers and other site users
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners using a ticket management system; collecting information and providing updates

Experience You’ll Bring:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Understanding of basic web terminology
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time and multitask across systems and applications
    • Experience supporting customers via phone, e-mail and chat
