We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to manage talent recruitment for our team. We need a detail-oriented, people-focused and collaborative individual to lead our current team of recruiters and quickly fill positions on our fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

    • Coordinating on-site and phone interviews for candidates with efficiency and accuracy
    • Maintaining recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date
    • Ensuring a consistent experience throughout the entire candidate journey
    • Facilitate expense reimbursement process for candidates
    • Drive offer process – extending offers, closing candidates and generating offer letters

Required

    • 2+ years of experience recruiting in a technology company, ideally with a fast-growing startup
    • Proficient with G Suite
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
    • Great communication skills and energy

Preferred

    • Experience using Lever or similar ATS
    • Experience with technical recruitment
