The administrative professional will help keep our office efficient and organized. Your duties will
include:
• maintain a friendly and energetic demeanor and a desire to help
• schedule and organize appointment calendars
• correspond and communicate with our clients and prospects
• assist with routine mailings (such as billing invoices, marketing events, and routine contact)
• maintain organized paper and digital files
• data entry and maintenance of financial planning database and client relationship manager
The right person is self-motivated and ready to take charge. You understand the importance of owning your
responsibilities and seeing them through to completion. You enjoy seeing the results of your efforts in
improving people’s lives.

Requirements

    • intermediate understanding of Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
    • beginning experience with Microsoft Excel
    • excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • previous office experience
    • organized and able to pay close attention to details
    • be resourceful and know how to handle responsibilities independently
    • experience in the financial services industry will help considerably

Work times are flexible as long as you are able to start at 9am.
