Your Responsibilities

    • Enable team growth: you are responsible for acquiring new talent via different channels (e.g. LinkedIn).
    • Make sure our hiring managers have the right candidates in front of them by driving your own positions' end-to-end hiring processes - from writing a job description and conducting interviews to signing offers.
    • Shape our processes for hypergrowth: you take over administrative tasks and implement your ideas on how to automate our processes.
    • Be a strategic partner: in close collaboration with the people partners and recruiters, you support one of the following HR topics: talent acquisition, assessment, personal development, employer branding, payroll & benefits.
    • We like working, but we also have fun together - help us to plan and organize unforgettable team events.

Your Profile

    • First relevant internship/working student experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in one of the following fields: talent acquisition, people experience, employer branding, compensation & benefits.
    • Empathy and an eye for detail to find the perfect match for the team.
    • You enjoy an autonomous way of working and are motivated to familiarize yourself with new topics.
    • You can challenge the status quo to improve and scale existing processes.
    • Fluent in both English and German.
Are you ready to start your next journey?
