As our Senior Marketing Partnerships Manager at FINN, you’ll work closely with VP Marketing to drive business and B2C customer growth through high-impact collaborations. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing partnership opportunities that align with our strategic goals and brand values. This role is for someone who knows marketing but thinks like a dealmaker - a relationship-driven person who can scout, close, and scale valuable partnerships across brand, CRM, content, and website.

Your Responsibilities
- Own FINN’s Marketing partnership strategy: identify and research collaboration opportunities, define target partnership landscape based on business potential, strategic fit to our brand values, target audience and customer decision making journey
- Source and close new partnerships - using both cold outreach and warm introduction tactics to generate high-quality conversations with potential partners. Be a deal closer, who focuses on mutual commercial value rather than paid tactics
- Manage the end-to-end partnership pipeline - from outreach and pitching to onboarding, activation, and performance tracking
- Drive commercial impact - turn signed partnerships into tangible business results through strong integration and follow-through
- Own partner activation - test and develop best mechanics and creative collaboration formats - from co-branded campaigns to content swaps and website or journey integrations
- Work cross-functionally - partner with Brand, CRM, Content, and Product teams to bring collaborations to life and ensure seamless execution
- Track and optimize performance - define KPIs and continuously improve based on learnings and impact
Your Profile
- You have 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B marketing with a strong focus on acquisition
