Your Role
As Chief of Staff you will work directly with the Operations leadership team, especially Nikolai Schröder (COO) and Tim Meyding (SVP Fleet Operations), as well as external stakeholders. You will be planning and executing key strategic projects (internal & external), as well as supporting day-to-day business operations. In this position, you will gain up-close experience in running and steering a 100 FTE+ organization that constantly explores opportunities for innovation at the intersection of the digital and the physical world to provide the best car usership experience efficiently at scale. Your Responsibilities
- Spearhead key projects that have a critical impact on FINN’s success (e.g. launching “click & collect” as a delivery option).
- Work directly with the Operations leadership team and discuss strategic topics, current challenges and future projects to continue to drive FINN’s growth journey that took us to over 20.000 active customers already.
- You are the connection point to other departments, represent Operations in cross-department initiatives and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Own and advance department operations for FINN’s Operations department to create the most efficient working environment, which includes e.g. performance check-ins, leadership meetings and department all-hands meetings.
- Help attract and recruit new talents for key positions in the Operations department by supporting recruiting efforts such as interviewing and employer branding.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience in a high-performance environment, e.g. strategy consulting or fast-growing startups.
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, technology management, or similar.
- Highly effective in individually contributing and running strategic projects independently.
- High level of energy, great work ethic and hands-on mentality.
- Analytical, data-driven way of thinking to quickly get to the bottom of complex facts.
- Excellent business sense and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong command of office tools (slides, spreadsheets, docs) with an eye for detail and appealing design.
- Full proficiency in German (C2) and English (min. C1).
