We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing with a proven track record in B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of digital marketing expertise and operational proficiency. They should have a solid background in marketing operations, program management, website and creative design, and growth marketing. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive prospects through the sales funnel efficiently and at scale. 

The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to achieve company growth objectives. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven and analytical mindset are essential for success in this role. What you will be doing:

    • This role focuses on key areas within our marketing organization allowing this person to challenge both their operational and creative expertise to help improve all stages of the funnel, from brand awareness to customer acquisition. 
    • Manage high performing team focused on Demand Operations and Digital Experience
    • Ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
    • Develop an industry leading web experience across a multi-product platform offering
    • Build processes and workflows for experimentation & measurement to enable growth.
    • Identify opportunities to expedite our digital efforts working with contractors, tools and vendors.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
    • Evaluate and implement marketing technology solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Own the visual brand and vision
    • This role will manage both marketing operations and digital experience team members. 

Tools and Tech you will lead or work with:

    • Salesforce 
    • Hubspot
    • Asana or similar project management tool 
    • Google Analytics and similar tools 
    • 6Sense or similar ABM solution 
    • Google Tag Manager 
    • CSS and HTML basic knowledge
    • Adobe Creative Cloud

What experience and skills we need you to have:

    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience leading digital marketing efforts in B2B SaaS. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results, ranging from inbound to account based marketing strategies
    • Proven experience owning a visual brand and digital experience within B2B SaaS
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, technologies, and best practices.
    • Strong Salesforce and Hubspot experience. 6Sense is a plus 
    • Analytical experience using a tool like Tableau to report on performance
    • Proven project management skills. Asana is a plus. 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
    • Built, tested, and scaled marketing channels within a high-growth environment.
    • Own the website experience
