We are looking for a Security Team Lead to coordinate a team of security professionals, developing and implementing security solutions, policies and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen our overall security posture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals;
- Coordinate and prioritize security initiatives in alignment with business goals;
- Develop and implement an effective IT security strategy, policies and procedures;
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats and best practices to ensure the security program evolves to meet new challenges;
- Promote a security-conscious culture by organizing training programs and awareness campaigns.
- Work with employees to ensure compliance with security policies;
- Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability assessments regularly;
- Implementation of security software and solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in a leadership role within IT security, preferably in the financial technology sector;
- Experience with security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection solutions, SIEM, security analyzers, tools, frameworks, etc;
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, IT security standards and frameworks;
- Knowledge and hands-on expirience with any of cloud solutions O365, Azure, AWS, Alibaba cloud;
- Fluent written and spoken English (B1+).
