We are looking for an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our Finstek Trading Platform team. As highly skilled Designer you will solve complex problems related to the fintech market, design and prototype user interfaces, find and offer their own ideas for solving problems in existing projects and work closely with an international team and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Solve current product challenges, improve user flows and features
- Produce hypotheses, create wireframes and test them
- Design and prototype user interface for mobile and web with love and attention to details
- Communicate a lot with the customer, product owner, designers, developers, QA, analysts and other team members
- Defend solutions to the customer and the team
- Participate in building product processes
Requirements:
- You want to work in a product that improves the lives of users and be a meaningful part of those improvements
- You have 5+ years of product design experience for mobile and web and can proof it with cases in your portfolio
- You have experience working directly with customers
- You have experience working with all development departments: analysts, developers, QA, etc.
- You understand what the business and product goals are and know how to work with a focus on them
- You are independent and able to organise your work effectively
- You are a responsible person for whom deadlines are not an empty sound
- You are a kind and helpful person who enjoys working in a team and helping colleagues
- You have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
