We are seeking a goal-oriented Senior IT Recruiter to join our HR team, with the primary responsibility of successfully hiring candidates to fill vacancies across the organisation. The successful applicant is expected to work from the office full time.
Responsibilities
- Full Ownership of Hiring: take complete responsibility for hiring high-quality candidates, with the ultimate goal of efficiently closing open vacancies
- Drive the Referral Process: promote and manage the employee referral programme within the company, encouraging team members to refer potential candidates and tracking the effectiveness of referrals
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements that align with organisational needs and values
- Manage the Interview Process: organise, schedule, and conduct interviews, providing an outstanding candidate experience
- Ensure Hiring Completion: manage all post-interview stages, including offer negotiation, reference checks, and other follow-up actions, to ensure smooth and timely hiring
- Support Onboarding: facilitate the onboarding process, helping new hires transition effectively into their roles
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies as necessary to expand reach and fill specialised roles
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, ideally with a focus on IT roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
- University degree
- Strong, fluent English (B1+)
