Finstek is seeking for a talented and highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Finstek Reporting/Data Warehouse team. 

Data Warehouse enables us to store, manage and analyze large amounts of data from diverse sources. The project includes Data Lake, ETL tool and Data Warehouse, all designed to work seamlessly together.
General Reposting System - is a comprehensive analytical tool that serves as a one-stop-shop for all stakeholders, including Management, Finance, Back Office, Technical Operations, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and other interested parties. The GRS is designed to provide users with detailed and accurate information about various aspects of the organization's operations, including financial performance, risk management, compliance, and customer behavior.

In the role of Business Analyst, you will help us further develop this product, solve existing business problems and contribute to producing value for our customers and stakeholders with each product release. 

Responsibilities:

    • Creating and clarifying business / technical requirements
    • Backlog management
    • Creating wireframes of user interfaces when needed
    • Converting requirements into user stories
    • Business analysis of DWH solution, data modeling
    • Assist in the integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements
    • Follow defined methodology and standards including preparation and maintenance of documentation for all stages of development work
    • Communication with analytical and operations team

You Will Need to Have:

    • 3+ years of experience in a relevant position
    • Experience with data warehousing, application development, reporting and/or analytics
    • Understanding and hands-on experience of creating products in FinTech or e-commerce domains
    • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
    • Analytical thinking, Team work
    • Fluent written and spoken English (B2+)

We Would Love to See:

    • Experience in the development of such systems as CRMs, ERP, billing, Backoffice, integrations with payment system providers (PSPs) 
    • Experience in the development of cloud-based products
